About us

Welcome to No More Greens, a dedicated raiding guild on Twisting Nether EU.

Our guild originally started during Dragonflight under the name Ripple. What began as a group of players pushing together on Twisting Nether has since grown into a more focused progression project. With the launch of The War Within, we renamed to No More Greens and continued building around the same core idea: improving every tier, pushing difficult content, and creating a stable home for players who want to raid seriously without losing the guild atmosphere.

We are currently progressing through the current expansion and preparing for the next major patch and raid tier. Our goal remains the same: push as far as possible, build a stronger roster every tier, and work towards Cutting Edge together.

Raid Schedule

Raid days: Wednesday, Thursday, and Monday Raid time: 20:00 - 23:00 server time Attendance: Strong availability for all three raid nights is expected.

We understand that real life happens, but during progression we rely on consistent attendance. A stable roster is one of the biggest factors in successful Mythic raiding, so we are looking for players who can commit to the team and communicate clearly when something comes up.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for players who are skilled, prepared, and mentally ready for progression raiding.

Preparation matters. We expect raiders to come prepared with knowledge of their class, spec, and the encounter. Showing up ready saves time and helps the entire team progress faster.

Mindset matters. Progression means wipes, mistakes, adjustments, and feedback. We value players who can handle that process with the right attitude and keep improving pull after pull.

Consistency matters. We are looking for people who want to improve individually, but also understand that their performance, attendance, and communication directly affect the rest of the roster.

Teamplay matters. We are not only looking for players who can perform on a meter. We want people who can learn, adapt, take responsibility, and help create a roster that gets stronger every week.

Our Goal

Our goal for each tier is to push deep into Mythic progression and work towards Cutting Edge within a realistic timeframe.

For the current expansion and the next patch/tier, our focus is on building a strong, reliable roster before the next raid opens. Once progression goals are achieved, we aim to reduce the schedule to a lighter farm structure where possible, keeping the environment efficient, enjoyable, and respectful of everyone’s time.

What You Can Expect from Leadership and Officers

Our leadership team is focused on creating a stable and organized raiding environment.

Clear communication. Important updates around roster decisions, strategy changes, and progression expectations are shared through Discord.

Preparation. Officers work on keeping the guild organized before and during each raid tier, so raid time can be used as efficiently as possible.

Constructive feedback. When improvement is needed, we aim to communicate clearly and fairly. The goal is always to make the team stronger.

Long-term focus. No More Greens is not built around one short push. We want to keep improving tier after tier and continue building a roster players are proud to be part of.

We know that good progression requires more than just showing up. It requires structure, communication, and trust between players and leadership. That is what we aim to provide.
